We aim to make the design of your website as simple as we can for you. You don’t need to be technical wizards, you can leave that to us.

An initial meeting, either on the telephone or in person, will give us important information about your company and what you want the website to achieve. The better understand you, the easier it is for us to come up with the first stages of design.

A Name

It is important to decide on and purchase a name for your internet site as early as possible, to make sure you get the name you want and to get the site ready to publish. We can do all this for you, and we can advise on the names depending on what is available at the time.

First Drafts

We will come up with some suggestions for the ‘look and feel’ of the site. If you already have a logo and/or any other printed material, we will work within the boundaries of your existing corporate identity – unless, of course, you want an entire redesign!

As with the design process, we will send you an initial set of designs for the site, listen to your feedback, and repeat the process. We will do this as many times as we need to in order to get it right.

Your Input

Your feedback is essential during this entire process. If the design isn’t right, you need to be as specific as possible about your likes and dislikes. You might want to point out sites that you feel work, or that somehow elicit the same feeling or image you want from your site. Once a design is decided upon, you need to provide us with the content with which to populate your pages. This will be in the form of words and possibly some graphics you already have. The effort you put in at this stage really pays off. After all, only you know what you want to say to your customers. But don’t worry, we are always here to help.

The Final Product

Once everyone is happy with the website, it will be posted to its true location. We have our own servers and therefore can host the site for you. We will do basic search engine optimization, as well monitor the site regularly for the first month or so, making sure everything is running smoothly. If you want, we can provide weekly or monthly stats on your website traffic.
